We are happy to offer free worldwide delivery on all of our items to all major destinations, so the price you see is the price you pay, no matter where in the world you live, we ship our top Classy products worldwide.


 An order can, however, take anywhere between 10-29 working days, but is mainly dependent on your location.
Please allow an extra 10 working days during the busy Christmas period. We appreciate your patience.

If your order take longer than 30 working days to arrive please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you. In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within 32 days of dispatch, you will be entitled to a full refund for the non-received items.

During peak holiday seasons, this refund period is extended to 30 working days. You may also be allowed to keep your purchase at no extra cost, at the discretion of the store manager.

DELIVERY


WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS? - All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.Orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment. - We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM? Although our fulfillment house is located in North America, some of our items are located in other countries such as Germany, Australia,United Kingdom and China.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE? For logistical reasons,items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please email our support team and we will do our best to help you out. 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The average arrival time is 10 -28 working days (USA and UK). An order can, however, take anywhere between 12-35 working days, but is mainly dependent on your location.

WHAT IF MY ORDER TAKES LONGER THAN 30 WORKING DAYS?

If your order takes longer than 30 days to arrive during the non-peak season, please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you.



REFUNDS


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

RETURNS 

Can I Returns / Exchange an item?

FREE+Shipping Items do not qualify for refunds.

Sale item with the free shipping offer cannot be refunded.Only regular priced items may be refunded.

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we will not be held responsible for your order not being delivered to you.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged so make sure you're deciding on the size and color perfect for you! If you need to exchange it for the same item due to damages, send us an email at Pandasbay@gmail.com




SHIPPING RETURNS

We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
